I fitted a set of AP coilovers last weekend along with polybushes, new ball joints and track rod ends. I dropped my car off at my mate's garage last night and picked it up today after having all the aligment done. He also checked the corner balancing for me aswel which he reckons is pretty good.

The drive was the first time I've given it a proper test since changing the suspension and I'm well pleased . Wouldn't have thought they'll be as good as the likes of KW, but for the money, I can't recommend the APs enough

lol basically you have a scale put under each wheel and it weighs each corner of the car, and with that info you can have adjustable suspension ( coilovers, adjustable top mounts, etc) set up better, ie maybe ever so slightly stiffer/lower/higher on one side to compensate for the weight difference, though corner weighting is usually recommended with the driver in the vehicle, to get the accurate weight

Sorry I haven't replied sooner, been away with work all week and haven't been able to get near the internet. They cost me £393 + delivery from Awesome GTI. Took just over 2 weeks to arrive.

Yep. Wasn't any grease in the box though.
