ok, I'm with zen internet, and for the first time in 4 years (since I've had it) I've had to set my PC to factory settings........ how do I set up outlook to get my e-mail? is it [email protected] . crap or something?! :(

I'll look it up, but the addresses would be nice, if you have nothing better to do!

E-mail Beginners Guide

Very Simple

Start outlook, go to - tools - accounts - add account, enter your username and password supplied by Zen (it's the same details that are the username and password for the connection to the Broad Band)

The POP3 and SMTP are both the same - mailhost.zen.co.uk
