Hi Guys

Need some help on a few problems with my vRS.

1, Squeaky suspension, when ever i change gears and foot down, no matter whether full throttle or half, it makes a creaking noise like i've stood on an old floor board. One minute it does it, then the next day it doesnt, then next day it does. Drives me mad.

2, Clutch rattle, when not engaged, so pottering along its starts to rattle and squeak. engage the clutch and it stops. Only does it now and again. Just wondering what that was.

3, and last, MY FLIPPIN SEAT!!! It moves slightly, so when I boot it, it moves back and creaks, does my head in. Anything I can do to stop this, i.e lube??

In addition to above...

1) Sounds like your console bushes, I bet;

2) Not heard of anything like it, but can you tell where the noise is coming from - it's not a problem with the pedal rather than the clutch itself?

Yea thats true, but i'm in work, so instead of trying to find the particular threads. I thought why not post it, and then check at dinner.
