Yeah, just done a quick google search and found other threads from BISKODA, not good news them.

How should I go about getting the same tuning mod properly done?

Basically there are 2 ways of tuning your diesel.

A Digital Tuning Box. This is not a 10p resistor in a box but a special microprocessor control unit that changes the fuelling and possibly timing to create more power. Recommended ones are made by Dragon, Tunit, Van Aken.etc.

The second is a Remap. This not only changes the fuelling and timing, but also adds more turbo boast to create more power. You can even get custom made maps so that you have a smooth power delivery or a kick at a certain revs. There are many firms that do re-maps so do a search. Jabba, Revo, AMD, Superchips, Custom Code, Angel, etc are just some of them.

Tuning Boxes (Digital ones) are normally cheaper than remaps and are easily removeable, howevr they don't change boost so you may get more smoke (not sure about this). Some Remaps can be easily removed and brought back to standard by a special box, Revo, AMD and Superchips Bluefin for some cars.

Do a search on here about these things because it has been discussed many times before. Use the Search button on here instead of Google. I would also advise you, of course, to inform you insurance company after you have tuned your car. ;)
