i'm fitting a ice system into a 56 plate octavia, which i think is the mk2 so thats why i'm in this section.

after searching the forum i've not found any info on removing the seats, and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me, i've had a quick look round the motor and can see its wired into the main body loom, to which i guess is part of the srs system.

so basically i'm wondering if its just the usual 4 bolts to the ground, and if i disconnect the seat from the loom if i'm going to kick up the srs light on a perminant basis.

if anyone can shead any light to this matter i would be extreemly greatful, the other question was going to be door card removal, but i've sussed that one out using th search option.
