Dear Team,

My Octavia is 2006 model and almost 3yrs old and since then it has gone through perodic servicing but not full.

Could you assist me what should be told to service person in order to get full service done:

1. Shock absorber re-torque,

2. Oil change,

....etc

The vehicle is 3yrs old and so far it has gone thruogh clutch replacement and routine servicing.
