Don't think he has; Ultrac Sessantas aren't directional, to the best of my knowledge. The thread pattern does work differently to pretty much anything else out there, so can understand why you think it's wrong.

As Wardy has said the Rear tyres are Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas. They are NOT directional. So it doesn't matter which side they go on.
