Colour coded silver grille?

I've seen loads of colour coded black grilles and that's about it really.

I'd love to see some pictures, I want to do mine but I don't have the bottle to do it incase I don't like it :P

Paint it satin black. Silver isn't that far removed from the current chrome

Black is another option, I know what you mean about the silver grille. I'm just wondering what it'd look like

i'm also interested to see some pictures as i'm considering doing this. i've seen a couple done satin black, and didn't really like it as it seemed to make the grille appear too big if that makes sense! as tim says, its not a lot different from the chrome, but its the small subtle differences that make a car stand out

Load of silver Fabias with black grill surrounds. Take a peak in the Fabia section, it'll certainly give you an idea

i have a black one on my black fabia (Black magic colour match) and it looks awesome. now i need to find a badge to go on it, maybe an old skool black fabia for the currently debadged front and rear. take a look

Sorry to restart an old thread but i was watching 'Custom My Ride' earlier and thought about colour coding the grille silver and painting the chrome surround in black and wondered what it would look like.

I know, i think i got caught up in the moment after watching 'Custom My Ride' and saw a car on there in blue with blue grille and silver surround.
