How do i remove them? Do they simply pull out? I've tried to pull them out but if i do it any harder they'll break :\

if your referring to the 2 big chrome ones then yes they simply pull out...they can be tight..use mole grips and gently prise them out..

They're the ones mate, will have another go in the morning!
