Kwik Fit Wheel Tracking

Featured Replies

Hiya,

Anyone had wheel tracking on their car done at Kwik Fit? I have been quoted £27.99 for wheel tracking of my Skoda Fabia 1.9. What is your experience with Kwik Fit?

Thanks!

No! Don't do it. Take it to someone who gives a $hit. I made the mistake of going there once on the morning I was driving to the Alps. Monkeys of the lowest order. Had to drive the whole to France and back with it pulling much worse than it had before AND with the wheel at an angle.

I agree total monkeys. Mate of mine took his Ibiza FR to one as it was the only one open at the time. The boy who did it jumped in the car and sped up onto the ramps, tracked the car and then blasted up and down the car park in 1st gear to see if it was right. I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow to them for tracking.

No they're rubbish. I wasted some time and money at my local one on a previous car. That thing about barge poles....

If you want your wheels scratched and to be told you need new suspension/discs/pads/engine (delete as applicable) whether you do or not, then use Kwik Fit.

If you want good service at a reasonable price, use a local garage, or find a proper alignment centre near you from here:

www.AlignMyCar.co.uk

The garages on there all use the Hunter laser alignment gizmo which will make sure your tracking and alignment's spot on

Like others have said dont go there!!!!!!!!!!
