not happy with service from the help hire.

hi. just a quick message to say how happy i was at the quick response by adrian flux after i had someone run into my car then drive off, car was booked into a garage the following week and everything was ok. i must mention though that i am less pleases with the help hire company angel assist i was asigned to to deal with recovering my expenses from the other driver. i had to do ALL the investigation work myself to track down the other drivers details, twice i passed on a vehicle reg to them and twice when i rung up to see what had happened since this infomation was forwarded they didnt have a clue and didnt kow this info had been given.i eventually got some help off the police who HAD followed up the lead me myself had obtained ( i thought i paid my insurance for this service!) and they didnt even have my details on record!. eventually i got to talk to someone who was a bit more helpfull and now i have forwarded the police letter with the persons details onto them. i hope this issue can now be resolved and i can get back the money i have lost. if it wasnt for my own investigation none of this would have happened, and for people who are unable to do this it is not fair that they loose there money when surly we pay our insurance for this service to be provided to eveyone.
