I have a 04 VRS, and my front brakes are shot, will need new discs, pads, etc.

My budget is not fantasic.

Your recommendations.

I've looking for replacements for my vRS also. Spotted some grooved front and rear discs plus Mintex pads for about £190 (incl p &p) at a company called CRN products. I'm pretty sure they're on E bay as well. Could be worth a look ??

He does cheaper deal if having front and rear off him.

I paid late on a friday afternoon and they were delivered on the monday morning via a courier.

And they are really good brakes

I bought a set of those for the front of my vrs.

Got to admit I'm not impressed at all. They fade VERY quickly and general day to day stopping power is nowhere near as close as it was on the OEM disks/pads.

I wouldn't get them again.

Look at the price of decent discs and pads, then work out how they can do both for £82...

A few places have recommended the Zimmerman Cross / Drilled discs, has anyone used them. Any good?
