If you know of any oils which are approved as meeting spec VW 505 01 - a requirement for PD-engined Skodas on fixed service intervals, including in particular the Fabia vRS - please post the names below. They will then be incorporated into this Article (FAQ) for future reference. To get the ball rolling here are some I have found listed on the internet:

Thanks, Stu, but unfortunately it doesn't take us any further forward with a list of manufacturers of 505 01 oils. But I will add the information about VW Group oil specs and their applications to our Articles (FAQ) section when I have time since it is useful to know.

We supply the Fuchs Titan Supersyn SL PD 5w-40 and from November will also be supplying the MOTUL 505.01 approved oil as well.
