What washer fluid have you been putting in it?

What ever is to hand. Never had a problem in 65000miles. If you look at the installed Skoda base and the number of bottles of official Skoda fluid sold, I bet most of the other Skodas on the road don't use that fluid and never have a problem.

I think what is a bigger root cause is the lack of a filter on the neck of the washer bottle. I have to back flush the one fitted to our Audi every 3 or 4 months to clean it....

I'm sticking to VAG screenwash these days after having my rear washer repeatedly clog when I was using random cheap stuff. My old Octavia didn't have the filter in the neck of the filler, my new one does. You can buy the filter part from a dealer.
