Anyone Had This Problem (Upholstery)

Featured Replies

I have just hit the third year into owning my Fabia vRS; and chuffed.

Over the last week I have noticed some rubbing on the back support of my seat-the grey bit that supports the rib cage area (sides).

The material is getting quite thin around this area and am worried about it incase it turns into a hole.

When I lightly rub over this area there is a lump coming out of the support foam-this is not big about the size of a flat head of a small screw (Hope you are following me)

Has anyone had a similar problem to this, if so what did you do?

If the grey material it gets any thinner I am tempted to take it to my local dealer and see what they say.

This has not been caused through neglect. In my opinion there is something wrong with the foam that supports?

Any help or advice appreciated. Cheers

Not exactly the same problem, but lots of people suffer from the material wearing and bobbling.
