I tried to spec this as an option on my vRS, but both dealers told me it did not fit the vRS cos of the bodykit. Ooo errr.

I'm really interested in this. In need of a new front bumper after winter and might get one of these sprayed up and fitted on the rear. Any details on how you get on would be appreciated.

Hmmm interesteing. Only downside is it looks a bit 'stuck on top' rather than fully integrated into the bumper. I notice the accessory catalogue doesn't include the front splitter that also appeared on the Studie RS+. Then again, maybe it does (Part No FAA 600 001) partly colour-coded. Wonder if it would fit the pre-FL RS..?

A couple of questions:

1. Price?

2. Did you have to order any fittings with it (e.g. clips) or is it attached solely with adhesive?

3. Did you order from a Skoda dealer or from SuperSkoda? I ask because I notice SuperSkoda list two, one for the non-FL RS and another for the FL Octy.

I've just called Rivervale only to be told this is £173+vat!!!!

That wipes that little mod out for me I can tell you!! Sod that!!

Also interested, price is correct (£200) + £20 for glue and 1.5 hours labour ( Dealer quote )

BUT also told that Skoda has rejected these due to quality from manufacturer ! So until that's resolved don't bother, and make sure they are like the one in the picture again some doubt that the one's that will be supplied are the same, also confirm that they are 'finished' painted or you will be paying extra for that as well !!!!

Seriously, I didn't actually say I would fit the thing did I? I actually don't think it looks too bad but the cost is just stoopid.

I've just got a bit of a thing about silver mirrors - totally marmite but I can see why people like em. Each to their own mate and if you've got em then good for you - the world would be a sad place without diversity!
