Air con noise

Featured Replies

Recently my air con hasnt been blowing out cold air, took the car in for a service and had it looked at, turns out to be the pollen filterm it was blocked. Which is fine now, but there is an intermittent noise when the air con is on and increases as you up the power on the fan, any ideas?

I had a low rumbling noise a few months back, thought the fan motor was fecked, turned out to be a leaf in the air intake!. Only cured it when I washed the car and sloshed some water down the windscreen!!

What does the air intake look like?

I think it's at the base of the windscreen, not sure how a leaf got in there, but when I washed my car and sloshed a good amount of water over the windscreen the rumble stopped? It hasn't done it since???
