Nice bit of axle tramp

I love the way Steve is looking down at the back wheel, to check if it's spinning hard enough?

I thought he was reversing at that point in the chase?

- Mad Max's Falcon - with a working supercharger. A normal MFP car would do me nicely too! ;)

- Movie Mustangs 1 (Sixties Models), Gone In 60, Innerspace, Vanilla sky, Bullit

- Movie Mustangs 2 (Naughties Models), Transformers' Barricade, I Am Legend.

Got to love the 'stangs :D

- TV series with Clive Owen as an undercover cop who had a (Grey?) Lotus Carlton that gets smashed. (A tear came to my eye)

- The BMW M5 with whitewalls from Ronin

- DeLorean DMC-12 from Back to the Future, without the flux capacitor junk on!

- Richard Prior's pimped Saab 900 turbo from Moving

- Rubber Ducks Big, Black, Mack WITH the can on the back.

And just to scare the people in front of you

I thought the Audi S8 with a nitro kit was pretty cool in Ronin

The new Kitt (Knightrider 2008) is stunning.

The white 406 from Taxi (French version, and the original film, before the car acquired stub wings and stuff, you know when it just had a French Supertourisme aero kit in "fast" form).

The white 406 from Taxi

I love that film!!! One of the rare desirable french cars :D

much to my better halfs annoyance, thats as close as I get to enjoying french cinema...

I belive the car in question ia a3.0v6 phase 1 (with the "interference engine:O)

I'd say the Charger from Bullitt (esp the bit where he fastens his belt, canes it and it just sits there and smokes!)

I must admit that truck out of 'duel' used to make me crap my pants when i was little, couldnt even look at a lorry without thinking about that menace

As posted elsewhere on the forum, there is a passing resemblence between the truck and the new Bentley...

FAB-1 (Surely no-one needs a pic; just a note that there is a full-size version, based on a Bedford VAL coach, and wearing an RR grille etc with the agreement of RR Motors)?

I actually saw that (or a replica) driving in Leicester heading towards the racecourse with a small entourage of american cars, it had difficulty doing a mini roundabout even with the 4 wheel steering:rofl:

And it is HUGE!

the '55 Chevy in 'Two Lane Blacktop' the

was gonna add in last post, 'Two Lane Blacktop' is the best road movie ever, imo..

How about the chopped yellow deuce from American Graffiti? I also like the blown 70 Challenger from The Fast & The Furious, which is apparently restored and up for sale, and the 450SEL 6.9 from Ronin.

Probably agree about the film, but not sure about the car :

though the Pontiac is quite nice.

Also reminded me of the Challenger in Vanishing Point:

I loved the KGB porsches in Condorman

So much cooler than the stupid car/campervan abortion Condorman drove. :D

While searching for that pic, I came across a couple of sites you lot might like ;)

E, the supercharged Dodge in TF&TF is a 1970 Charger (on a 440 block), not a Challenger. The claim that it had so much torque it twisted the frame is entirely credible.

And the yellow object in Condorman is based on a Nova kit car - Here.

You're right, I just typed the wrong one because I was also thinking about the awful remake of Vanishing Point which featured both.

That's the one for me. Classic film.

I actually think the remake is better than the original (not least because it made some points that I agree with, and gave Kowalski a motivation).

also from my yoof

The Cannonball Run Lambo (complete with ladies in jumpsuits )

I think you have to be about 5-10 to pick fav movie cars. I can't think of anything recent. Maybe the Be kind Rewind modded car
