Hi all, got a copy of 3.7 ready for my new octy, but I can't access any manuals.:confused: I created an account, loaded up the skoda DVD. When I log in, it seems "empty", tried clicking on various options but still can't get anything up. Any ideas???

If you are clicking on the 'Admin' icon on your desktop you are not starting the programme correctly.

Go to Start - Programs - Elsawin - Elsawin. Do not select Elsawin Administration.

If you have loaded the S/W correctly this will take you to the 'note' screen on which you should scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'OK' button.

Hi, I only loaded the Skoda disk, so I am now loading the others in case that is doing it. yes, I Was using the correct shortcut.

ha harrr! I was clicking on the x not the OK button on the notes!! Cheers, seems ok but will continue and load all cars anyway.

Assuming it's a licensed version then I'm sure they'll offer support. If it's not then I'm afraid it's not suitable for discussion here.
