Iam from Germany. Last month I changed my car from Renault to used Skoda Fabia 1.4 Combi Style Edition( Petrol, year of manufacture:08/2006, 36,000 km).

On average I drive 7,000 to 8,000 km per year is it necessary to do a yearly inspection? As it states every 15,000 km.

If it is necessary then what are the advantages of this inspection? Also I have one year used car guarantee (Perfect car PRO) from the dealer.

One year or 15km which ever comes first. It's to check the car all over to a certain process and you need it to keep your warranty. It catches a lot of people out when they pay for it and dont need it or sit there scowling at the dealer because they got quoted for their service with it all in.
