My tyres are getting low on my vrs and looking at tyres prices it looks like it could be a good time to upgrade to bigger wheels ie 18 " ones.Looking on ebay there is such a big choice,am liking the Audi RS4 alloys at the mo but need a bit of inspiration really. ***********************************

since people just love to upload pics, may I add to this thread and request pictures of various alloys on a black hatchback? The l&k will need new tyres soon. Like dakar, i've noticed a set of new wheels with tyres isn't far off just new tyres! Albeit they will be budget... :s

My 18's ACE205's fitted to last octy (not vRS)

18" replica S8 wheels with 225/40 michelin's - car isn't lowered and I don't have an RS so I decided not to go for fast-looking wheels but subtle-and-stylish

Tyres in the first picture look a bit bigger then irl although the wheels turned out a bit smaller then expected... might go for 19" in the future but so far I'm quite happy with them, I thing they fit the car and that's the most important thing

I'm thinking that so far, the silver wheels seem to suit a black car the most. To be honest, I like the mirrored chrome finish on the standard L&K wheels. It's just a shame they are only 16". You can't help but have ballon tyres :(
