Bought this off ebay by accident, thinking it was for the MK1 octavia VRS but when it turned up it was for the 2.0t MK2 vrs.

Anyone have any idea how and if this can be fitted to mine????????:confused:

I doubt very much that it will fit

IF it does , it will not be easy

£230 for a tube with 2 bends in it and a cone filter! Jeebus!

This is the Forge CAI that would fit your car.

Far too much work to make the one you purchased to fit. You are better off reselling it on Ebay again.

Agree I would not be paying that sort on money for a CAI that does not even have a branded filter on it.

I prefer the ABD CAI with K&N filter suplied.

But these cheaper kits are ok and been used by a few members on here.

Cheers to everyone who replied, it only cost me £60 off ebay and got put back on ebay and sold last week.

Going to just change the standard air filter for a green cotton.

Well done then. not lost out then.

It just so happens I have a Green panel filter not used as fitted it to my drilled out air box and then ended up fitting a ABD CAI.

Hi, new to forum. Hopefully someone might be able to help. 2011 Octavia Scout, 2.0 diesel. Will start and immediately cuts out. No comms with any module except ECM via k-line. Have changed Gateway module, ECM and instrument cluster for known working units. Unplugged every module. Checked every fuse. All relays good. Other faults - electric windows not working, engine fans running, parking brake warning light flashing. Do not appear to have any commas on Can Bus, would be grateful for any suggest

This is a follow up to a previous question I posed recently. I had a 2008 vRS for over 12 years and really loved it before moving on to something different. Looking to getting back into vRS ownership again and toying with the idea of finding one with the 4x4 drive train. If anyone has been able to compare the two, is there a noticeable improvement in road handling with this variant? Thanks

I’m having a issue on start-up from cold there is a noticeable lumpy idling. This hasn’t caused any massifier codes when scanning via VCDS. Last year as part of the service the sparkplugs were changes but the rough idol is getting more noticeable. My Audi had the same issue that eventually resulted in constant misfire. That was diagnosed as having a carbon build-up. I don’t want to have the same issue occurring with the Fabia. As the CTHE is direct injection and has done 41k miles I’m guessin

Hello people, I got a 2011, VRS a few days ago. Primarily for a long trip. Seems decent so far, but I want to add power, music and just get things working. I have a few issues/questions. Hello .I recently bought a Skoda Superb MK3. After a few days the fan stopped working. I changed the blower fan but it still doesn't work (the one on the car was already changed with a aftermarket). I checked the fuse and it's ok, I bought another resistor and it still doesn't work. I checked the wires and they have 12v. When I press the AC button the light doesn’t appear. On the diagnostics I found these errors. What could it be? Thank you
