Does anyone know if the black trim on the doors of my fabia vrs are glued on, and if so, how easy are they to remove?!

If you mean the door cappings they are part of the door card complete. Do a search on door cards or leaks, you never know what it might throw up......................

If you mean the external trim, warm them up and 'saw' them off with fishing line. But you might find bubbly paint underneath, again do a search on removing bump strips.

I sense this is about the bump strips.... Thought it might be about the door cards at first.

Above is good. I didn't bother with warming up. Just started it going one end, teasing the end up with a cloth covered flat screwdriver to avoid damaging the paint. Then just teased it off. Knackered the strip up but then it was going in the bin anyway,
