Hello, Just ordered myself a Forge FMIC I am considering going hybrid in the near future so for peace of mind would like to use some Mikalor clamps instead of the supplied jubiliee clips. http://www.thor-racing.co.uk/Mikalor-392.asp Question is, can somebody tell me what size the pipes/hoses that come with the intercooler are so that I can order some clips before the intercooler arrives? I'd hazard a guess at 2.5" but just wanted to be certain before I ordered a heap of them. Cheers, John

yeh but dont go too big because they can only be squeezed down to a limited range of radii after which point they fall apart

Ok, does anybody know the size required to fit the hoses on the Forge FMIC kit?

I'm sure I saw a picture somewhere on this forum of someone that had used them but I can't find it again!

The Clamp size will depend on the wall thickness of the Silicone Hose's supplied, For piece of mind, i would wait until you have the Kit & then measure the Dia with a Hose/Hose's pushed onto the pipework, Would be a shame to get the wrong size... :DDean

Or just ask Forge for details on what they supply

I'll give Forge a buzz on Monday. I would wait until I have the kit but I want to get it fitted before I go offshore soon so ideally would like everything to arrive at once! So much to do, so little time!
