Looks like the engine is coming out!

Featured Replies

Oh well - Kind of makes sense as the rods are going to be changed.Whilst the car is in for having the bodywork done next door, the engine is going to be gutted out so it can be rebuilt on a stand. Will be the 2nd time my car has been engine'less in its life now. :)Forged rods were inspected today and they looked real sexy. No other work done today. I was there trying to help them out with a more taxing issue today :DThe last time it was engine'less, during the first mongrelling DSCN9049.jpgand how it's looking at the minute :( Nice Chevvy truck in the background :DDSCN2906.jpg

Have you an extimate of whe it will be back on the road?

By taking it steady and being thorough - end of January I think.

What did this start out as? Guessing it's had a VRS engine swap?
