by the way arn't thos bloody spigots a pain to make being so thin, it took me ages to do that on my lathe :'(

the spigot is not a problem with the disks i used tho, i too tried the same combo as you there with the wilwood powerlite and g60 disk on my 2.0 felicia the biggest problem is it you actually calculate the area of the wilwood caliper against the skud one the skud one has more

i must admit i came to the same conclusion very quickly too, i think maybe some bigger calipers like the dynalites might be better...

also if you use the centre hub from a mk3 golf (1.4 or 1.6 etc with 4 stud wheel fitment) it fits straight into the 40mm bore in the wheel bearing and the vw discs fit striaght on them, plus the central spline for the cv joint is the same size...

i think i read somewhere that some of the hyundai brake discs are 4x100pcd with a 62mm hole??
