I have noticed that the covers over the wheel nuts on the vRS alloys work loose and so have been pushing them back into place before each run.

However I have still managed to loose one (today) somewhere between Cambridge and Bedford (if anyone sees it ).

A quick search on here revealed that they should in fact be quite difficult to come off and need special tweezers. Perhaps I have a dud set...as all seem pretty loose. :(

Anyway some questions

1. Are they expensive to replace? Are there any tricks to keeping them in place?

2. I have seen McGard nuts mentioned on this site - where can I get them from? I'm thinking it might be better to replace the whole lot with some high quality finished nuts instead . Has anyone else done this? If so size/costs etc would be much appreciated...

Must have been a dud set. Mine take a bit of effort to get off, but do slide on easily. Should be too expensive, but don't bet on getting one you might have to get 5
