are all of these coded? if so where is the code likely to be? want to sell mine and aint got my handbook handy

They're ECU coded yeah, so often don't get supplied with a code card. You can remove them and re-connect in your own car to your heart's content and they'll briefly display 'SAFE' on the display before turning on.

When you do the same in a different Fabia it'll detect that it's not the same car and ask for a code.

You could try ringing up a dealer and mention it's now asking for a code. They'll need the serial number on the unit and that's it, but they may ask for extra info - for security reasons, and might ask you to come down with ownership docs, but some will give you the code over the phone.
