Experience of other detailing sprays that aren't LT!

Featured Replies

I've always been really pleased with NXT and recently, UQD. They're so easy to work with and give such good results I'll just stick with them.

There's far better than LT around, try Megs #135 for a little protection, one of my favs is Clearkote QS, leaves slick wet finish. Also FK's own QD is worth a look.

Also FK's own QD is worth a look.

I have and use FK 425 and as above, it's worth a punt, works well for me..........

So which of these products are purely a QD product and which have an element of protection to them.

I know personally that l'm only looking for a QD product. Anything l swap LT for has to be able to compete on performance and value for money.

FK 425 looks interesting. Does anyone know if they do it in a larger quantity? Oh and how does it respond to being diluted?

FK 425 will be trialled then :)

Thanks chaps!

425 leaves an anti static layer behind but little else, Megs 135 is a LT/Sealant hybrid.
