Please be gentle with me as this is my first post!

Could anyone please shed some light on the following? I have a 1999 Felicia 1.3 Magic which I've just bought. Unfortunately the remote central locking & alarm does not work completeley, so out I went & bought a new battery for the keyfobs. I've installed the battery and followed the instructions in the manual to synchronize the keyfob. The central locking works & the alarm is activated when I press the No1 button on the fob, except that the drivers door does not lock from the keypad yet all the door locks work when the key is used in the door! Any help as to why the drivers door can not be locked from the keypad?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Posted in wrong Forum but what the heck Possibly comfort control module fault, or control unit in drivers door.
