HTC HD2 and Windows Mobile

It does sound like the text issue is mainly a Vodafone problem. It hasn’t ut me off one yet, especially if I can find the bigger battery :)

I applied the update to mine today and so far everyone has received my texts so far so good. Battery life if I turn the apps off via task manager when not being used the battery will last a few days on average use.

Another vote for the Android OS here. Was a Windows Mobile user from version 5 to version 6.1 over two phones. Regular soft and occasional hard resets were a feature of WM. Have run Android for 7 months now and the only reset has been when the phone automatically downloaded V1.6 of Android and rebooted upon completion. There are things you can do in WM that Android cannot do, but the real time calendar and contact integration and synchronisation make WM look clunky.
