Prob been asked loads of times before but.........service warning came on the dash today (spanner.....right?) indicating 900 miles.

I have done just under 35,000 miles, the car had 19,500 when i bought it last march and had just been given a service. im on the variable which indicates a service at 2 yrs or 40,000 (right?).

How come the spanner sign has come on now? And no, the spanner isnt relating to me (i hope)
