I have recently discovered the Briskoda site and thought as an enthusiastic Skoda owner that the only decent thing to do was to join in.

I am currently on my fifth Skoda and have been a Skoda owner for sixteen years. My first Favorit lasted 8 days (being written off in a head on collision [not my fault I hasten to add]). I had my second Favorit for three years, then a Felicia Estate for six years.

I then moved on to a Silverline Octavia hatch which I had for six years and now finally to the cream of the crop - an Octavia VRS Limited Edition hatch which I have had for four months and the smile still hasn't left my face since the test drive! For those who are interested in such things it is number 244 and is based in the Channel Islands.

My wife has a Fabia and two of my neighbours have Fabias too!

I look forward to exploring the Briskoda site and broadening my education!
