Take then 3 torx bits out the bottom of the door card...what else is there to do? I understand there'll be a lot of clips, however, I don't want to pull too hard incase I damage something.

The card is held on with clips - I broke some of them when I put my speakers in.

You will need spacers as the window runner will get in the way. I made some out of MDF but it's less hassle to buy a set. Also search for sound deadening. It's worth putting some in whilst you have the door cards off. Have a look at this:
