Hi to all

My SO & I have just ordered a fl vRS, for her retirement pressie. The car is a Race Blue hatchback, manual, petrol, xenons, maxidot, spare wheel & rear parking sensors. Didnt think that sat nav at £1300+ was worth it as we can both read maps, plus mobiles have google maps. The car is to replace a Clio 172 as ageing parent struggles in the Clio for comfort. A few questions that hopefully someone will point us in the right direction.

1) Bluetooth connection is important to us, however the standard fit unit has too many limitations, therefore intend to use a Fison unit., is it possible to fit the mic in an unobtrusive position, if so how difficult, a diy job or a professional installer?

2) Is it worth having the car professionally detailed rather than letting the dealer valet the car.

3) Are there people in or around Ipswich that can perform these tasks. Personal recomendation is always better that thumbing through the yellow pages and taking pot luck.

Welcome :)

I wouldn't trust the dealer to valet my car correctly. They are notorious for leaving swirl marks amongst other things.

Can't answer your other questions, sorry.
