I've finally been informed that my build date took place last week (1.8 TSI SE Estate). I guessed that it would take some time to get over here so I have now requested that I collect the car at the start of March for the new plate. Is there anyone else in the same situation??

My car is due to be built this week. I too was planning on delaying until March to pick up the car so I get a 10 plate... only concern is will they then try and sting me for the VAT?
