Mine's a basic 1.9 tdi Comfort. I want to pick up a feed from my driver side main beam cable for use with a relay for auxiliary lamps. The cable to the main beam bulb inside the headlamp unit is yellow but there are TWO yellow cables in the loom feeding into the headlamp cluster. Any suggestions how I locate the right cable to tap into please? I have a pic showing the loom but can't see how to post it. I thought maybe the two yellows separated nearside and offside main beams in which case either would do but the nearside bulb has a yellow+tracer cable to the bulb. Thanks

get a 12v circuit tester with the sharp pointed end..push it into the cable when the main beam is on.
