I just paid £16600 for a brand new Octavia VRS in Candy White with MAXIDOT and spare wheel is this a good deal?

Sounds about the same as what i paid and i was happy with the deal. At the end of the day if you feel happy with the deal then its a good one, if you dont its not

How much should they be brand new coz £16,600 sounds like a bloody bargain to me, did you do scrappage or PX for that price?

Bit of a weird question to ask if youve already bought it but I'd say it was about right.

sounds about right i paid 16500 for the Le vrs this was with the VAt freeoffer. Also made sure the dealer gave me full tank of petrol before i said yes :yes:

As a guideline for the lowest prices use DTD

£16112 for a cr170

£15404 for the petrol

I used DTD to quote for my Superb and the dealer matched it , I then got a tank a fuel and mudflaps thrown in

DTD just quoted me £16,281.04 for the CR170 with Maxidot, Reverse Parking Sensors and Solid Paint in White, I thought it came with half leather as standard but they want £16,923.10 with Perforated Leather Upolstry!

Perforated leather is the upgrade. Cloth seats are the half leather ones

Yep DTD is the yard-stick to measure by. It is possible to get the leather interior (and metallic paint) for a shade over that (perazzi) without going through DTD.

But it's cracking value for the car, so either way you've got a good deal!
