I'd stick with OEM, Textar, etc. I tried EBC redstuff performance pads but didn't get on with them, although some people rate them. As for brake discs, again OEM. I got mine from GSF car parts made by zimmerman.

I had ordinary Mintex discs & pads on my Focus, which were excellent, and good value too...

If I was hammering it, I'd be going for Ferodo DS pads, but to be honest standard ones do me fine.
