Hi everybody - I've been scanning this website since deciding that Skoda was where we needed to go with our car purchase!

It's a fab website - helped me decide to try Skoda!

Been looking for a Roomster but they are as rare as hens teeth over here (Ireland). In the end, and after much searching, we had to settle for the most basic 1.2 petrol - never intended to, but took it for a run and it's suprisingly good - haven't driven anything with an engine that small in years and years!

Space inside is amazing - especially as I'm short Our chick, age 4, has a ton of space behind the drivers seat!

Great little car and even Jeremy Clarkson seems to like it! Looking forward to collect it next Saturday when it's cleaned and serviced

Indeed they do. A 1.2 3 pot petrol.

The brochure lists Roomster S available with 1.2 12V HTP 70bhp. I was previously unaware of the 1.2 option as well.

The 1.2 is I think about 70bhp.......but more likely to be around 80bhp

Yep - a 1.2 petrol, 12V, 70BHP - no air con, back to winding the windows up and down in the back (thankfully - the 4yo won't be impressed though!) - but it's a great little car! We were on a time constraint with our search i.e. other car that it was replacing crocked over Christmas - if we become Skoda 'lifers' we'll have more time to nail down the exact spec in future!

Ireland also gets the most basic spec of every car - to keep the price down and hide the fact that we're totally ripped off!
