Whats the spec on these alloys?

Featured Replies

They're Porsche twists and sit perfect on this fabia.

Think they're the 17" version but not sure.

mainly after the offsets (around et50 i think) and what size adaptors this guy used.

I checked his profile and he hasn't been active in nearly a year :(

imo tadge to wide...et50 and fabia et38 so i'd think 20mm adapters prob best..

Those do stick out too far, but look nice, and easier to

clean than the standard wheels :)

18 x 8

He was on Edition 38 alot, do a search there for sizes and ET

Yup they are 18s

:dull:

He was local to here - pretty sure he's sold the car.

Has Gary still got a set of Porsches for sale I wonder? His were 17s, but then again you have to be of a certain mindset to fit 18s to a Fabia :wonder:

Yeah Gary still has his for sale i spoke to him last night on the phone (well his wife) and they come with 225/35/17 tires front and back. and he wont split so i'll wait for another set to come up.

Fair play. Yeah, those tyres would cause some pretty serious rubbing issues under std Fabia arches!

Yeah :(

Looking at a set this week which are 7.5j fronts and 8.5j rears B)

Well for everyday wheels I wouldn't want to run past a 215/40/17, even on the back. And that will end up with a decent bit of stretch. Depends what look you're after I suppose, and how you use the car...

I would get 205/40 for front and 215/40 for rear.. and get some 'Sunny' tires (£35) each and just rock these for shows. Then just pit my standards on for day to day..
