And now??

We should meet up mate!

I will post the pic of the graph up later.

am just so pleased with how smooth it is! The cupra I owned before the fab was really aggressive!

Yea deffo, once this weather gets a bit nicer. We'll get some stuff going on in North Wales in about a month or two. I'm wanting to get the ball rolling soon on the N Wales Briskoda meets this year, maybe those lazy Chester and Wrexham folk can come too...

it will be interesting to see how long the clutch lasts with that torque. i have 340 torque too and i opted for the upgraded cluch to be on the safe side. you hear alot of people say there clutches slip under 300lb/ft so would expect it defo to slip at 340!

mainly dependant on how its driven, drive it like a petrol it`ll prob last a fair while

Indeed - and looking at the curve it's pulling as hard at 3500rpm as the standard car was at 2000rpm. It must be very interesting indeed at 2500rpm - is there much tugging on the steering under hard accelleration?

I really haven't given it a proper run but it doesn't seem its that quick! But when u look at the mph speedo needle its in 3 figure numbers preety quick

Lol, I work in St Asaph business park. Will have to get on Vagwales then. Also got a mate with a 6N2 Polo GTi who would also come on the meets. Are they driving meets, or the meets where they sit around gawping at how clean the engine bay is on a 1.1 Lupo?

Ye there is a lot of tugging but mostly wheel spin tho!

Yes, I have long thought that on a FWD car that much torque is probably most useful for dropping Merc 300Ds on the Autobahn when you give it full beans in top at 170kph

I really don't think it can be long before I succumb to a remap....

get a peloquin/quaif atb diff,i was running 346ft lbs of torque in mine and the addition of a diff was definatly the best upgrade i made, and the upgrade list on mine was long!!!!

+1

That and good tyres means 60ft times of 2secs dead for me, 330ft times of 5.6-5.7secs and a 0-60mph on 5secs dead! So must be able to handle the 375lb.ft I have alright
