...Or better yet - why not have both? I have not received the dome light just yet but looking at where it might be aiming downwards, it seems that the Tuareg mirror would bathe the centre console in light while the dome assembly would shine over the gear lever/cupholders area.

 

Could any one of you guys post a picture of the surface illuminated by the dome LEDs? I'm thinking about ordering a used Touareg mirror to complement the W8 dome lights :D.
