My dads 53 plate Fabia vRS has problems, need to tow him somewhere, how do you get fog light trim off to attatch towing eye?

I'm assuming it's the drivers side one, thanks

His car has been playing up with electrics lately, locks etc.

Yesterday power steering went and warning lights have lit up on dash like a christmas tree!

Swithched off ignition and engine ran on for a bit as well,

what do you reckon, engine management box??
