Hi. I'm at a dealer looking at a user octavia estate. Passenger door handle inside is quite scratchedd. Not a deal breaker, but can it be swaped for a new one easily or is it a whole door card replacement. I'm guessing it would need the door card off to unscrew fom the other side.

Bought the car now anyway but would still like to replace the interior door handles on both sides. Has anyone any experience of this and where can I get parts.

Take the grill of the small speaker, get a tork screwdriver and undo the screw, then gently start pulling the handle surround off, stick your fingers in the hole that you see and undo the clips from the inside, then turn it upside down and unhook the cable refit the cable on the new one, and refit the surround giving a good firm push re fit the screw and speaker grill, time to do the job 2 Min's
