Anyone got the Variable Boot Floor?

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anyone has it on here and can post a few pics or give me the height meausurements of the space under it when its in the higher position.

Looked in the Skoda accessories brochure online and they have photos of a 'false boot floor' but doesnt look like theres much room under this, and not sure if this is the same as the variable boot floor.

Dealers near me havent seen one yet so they have no idea :S

Thanks

The variable boot floor looks to be raised about 5-6inches off the floor of the boot, it effectively smoothes out the two lips between the boot and the floor pan and the back seats (when folded flat) and the boot plan

Its a panel covering the floor area and as Octaviaconvert says raises the floor level to the bootlip. It is supported by two side panels and is hinged across the middle to give access to the underside. It can be easily removed on two clips and the side panels can be removed also. The area underneath is about 3" deep and totally obscured from outside view. Suitable for camera storage etc. I use mine to keep rugs, tie down straps and so on.
