Just taken delivery of Octavia Estate 4X4. It is a bog standard car. A dealer had one in stock and in the colour I wanted so I went for it.and I didnt have wait weeks.

However had I put in a factory order I would have specified a variable boot floor as an extra.

I want to get one but I don't want to pay Skoda prices (£185) .

Any idea where I can get one at a bit of discount or does anyone have one for sale?

I have measured the one up in my Elegance thinking of making one but my carpentry skills are limited to 2x4 and 6" nails!

If you are getting rid of the Elegance why not keep the floor. Just make the side bits up that it rests on.

Unfortunately dealer wouldn't go along with that as floor is standard on the Elegance.

There was a thread recently where lots of people derided the VBF and some claimed to have removed theirs and stored it. They may be prepared to part with one.
