Most importantly, how many MPG's do you get now.

We definately need to see how much smog it puts out now :p

Car said 61.5 mpg on way back from Ultimate Dubs. I was proper cruising it though - 65mph on sat-nav, cruise control. Being overtaken by pretty much everything apart from trucks. :giggle:

Not too shabby!

My PD105 doesn't quite manage that on the motorway and thats taking it really steady, i can get around 61mpg on a quiet run from Rotherham to Doncaster on the main roads.

you over took me though :p with my bent axle and dented in door :(

not suprised you cruised back with the thing jumping into limp mode :/

i just saw your dyno video on you tube! can't believe thats you!! i really wish i spoke to you at the ultimate dubs event because i'm gutted i didn't get to hear any stories or ask you any questions,

the car sounds amazing with your tractor silencer! haha i sould be theyre for the weston meet with my car (all being well it gets finished) if not it'll be the mighty i10 haha

Not sure how it really works. Probably retards the VNT mechanism a little bit? Possibly also changes the ignition timing or something like that so you get good fuel economy on a long gentle run.

Heh, well, you know more about it than me by virtue of knowing that it did something! LOL :)

Sounds quite clever and interesting, though! :)

might be able to see soon what it goes like against a similarly horsepowered polo gti

with regards to the difference in sound what does a remapped fabia with a cat back exhaust sound like compared to that??

Quiet! :p

When is it gonna be remapped Jason? In time for Castle Combe I hope. How about a guess the BHP or torque figures on the forum. Put me down for 288bhp but, I got no idea what torque figures it could be.

Certainly looks rapid Jason.

Bet you can't wait to get it mapped properly. Who will be doing it??

dont forget the video was made with the car on axle stands...

haha! It would have gone up lightning speed then,

I actually have the remap and the gear to flash the car myself but waiting to get hold of the chap on MSN to clarify it will work after downloading my current map using the new device.

Will be running well for Combe, but I would even take it around in current tune as it's not shabby and faster than it ever was before. B)

A week today I am hoping it will have done 301bhp and 430 lb/ft.

Trying to get mike to get those injectors in the Octavia this week, he still hasn't whacked them in!

i hope it goes well jason and does 269bhp n 434 tork... :whew:

Hope they're good. 260bhp is the target to beat with those as I never got them higher (not that I especially tried hard mind)

Schweeet!

You can tell when the trubo kicks in!

I think you need a new speedo - doesn't go high enough now lol
