Well guys i bought this yesterday. Didnt realise this post was on here until i was browsing there. Not really on the octavia 1 forum much with having a fabia, but spose i will be now. Guy had advertised it on here on saturday and i went yesterday. Gearbox is definately gubbed right enough, the rest seems pretty good though. Wil keep you updated

I so neally bought that car, was trying to get funds sorted last week and sort a trailer out but couple of other things came up.

Good luck to the buyer, be good to hear how it is progressing over the coming weeks.

Well i'l get a build thread going in this section once i get it home and have a good look about it. Keep you updated on how it goes. Like Westall says al probbaly run it. Been a while since ive had a quick petrol and was in the market for one so this may fit the bill :p
