I am waiting for delivery of my new VRS and have received revised invoice after establishing with dealer that Maxidot and floor mats are standard.

I ordered a spare wheel , however , my invoice states that only a full size steel spare wheel can be ordered for this model, but I have no idea why, and I now note that I don't

appeared to have been billed for it even though I ordered a spare wheel. Interestingly, and confusingly my research has established that some dealers show the spacesaver spare wheel as standard

and someone on the forum recently mentioned on receipt of his VRS he found a spacesaver even though his dealer had told him they still awaited the spare wheel. Anybody any idea as to what is going on?

You can only get a spacesaver which isn't really a spacesaver - its a 205-55/16 - It just means that they can't fit a 225-40/18 in there - The dealer phoned me re the same thing.

Maxidot is standard on DSG models I believe

Yup, same as what my vRS had, wheel says 50km/h but the tyre is W rated for 150mph+ felt a bit strange in the corners though
